    We were greeted by Aidan who welcomed us warmly and gave us a rundown of the place. What an amazing transformation they have done. Preserving the integrity of such a beautiful old building, whilst modernising the interior so it’s comfortable is no easy feat, but these guys have done it wonderfully.

    We stayed with our two kids for two nights (wish it had been longer). Great facilities for families - play area, toys, and well equipped kitchen. Thanks for having us! Nick, April 2023

    A retreat to remind you of the beauty of silence and calm. The Annex is spacious and so comfortable with very modern kitchen and bathrooms. Care and attention to detail has made Kilpatrick a special place to get away from noise and intrusion of the everyday.

    The property itself is beautifully refurbished - a lovely, self-contained bed/sitting/kitchen area, with a very well-appointed shower room adjacent. The location is gorgeous - very tranquil and scenic, it was hard enough to leave! The hosts are very friendly. I hope to return soon!

    Great area in Wexford, amazing host, incredible animals (including wildcats and horses). Overall, I personally think that it was one of the most amazing, intriguing and fun experiences I’ve ever had at an Air B&B. By AMF Aged 9.

  • Aidan was a very friendly host.

    He was brilliant in the lead up to our visit and was always nice bumping into him whilst we stayed in the annex. He was very kind to our little ones and our eldest (3 year old) enjoyed telling him what we had been up to.

    The house was incredibly clean and cosy for us. The little play area for the little ones was brilliant, they both loved it.

    We would hope to stay again as we loved the location, his kindness and the location was brilliant for exploring Wexford a part of Ireland we had only ever driven through.

    Aiden was a fantastic host and we would highly recommend staying here. We loved the location, you need a car but there is lots to do in the area. We ate at great restaurants, it’s close to Wexford town. Aiden also was kind enough to spend the morning showing us the horses which was a great experience for our young children. 5 star ⭐️

Kilpatrick Glebe Wexford

Our history

Kilpatrick Glebe was built in 1842 as a pastoral home for the local Kilpatrick parish.  Since 2020 it has been extensively updated and lovingly restored.  It is steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East Coast and is immersed in mature trees lending itself to a secluded & tranquil retreat, but close enough to Wexford and the beautiful local beaches.

We will continue to regenerate the Glebe to its former glory and look forward to seeing you there.  

All our accommodation is surrounded by 15 acres farmland & gardens with stone cut stables, outbuildings, a celtic circle, fairy village and a courtyard.  When you visit Kilpatrick Glebe you will be immersed in the sounds of nature and with no light pollution you will benefit from all that nature offers.

We live in main house; The Annex and Studios are available to rent and are totally independent for our guests to enjoy.  

Take a minute to just be, to just breathe and slow down.
