The Studios

Converted Stables, the Oak and the Beach studios sit side by side at the back of the Main house and Annex. They both have an outdoor seating area, all mod cons full WIFI access and are pet friendly.

Suitable for a single person or a couple plus pooch or feline friend.

  • This place is amazing! It's fair to say that for a quiet country getaway, it is perfect. My beagle, Parker, and I stayed there for a week. He loved it and was made to feel very welcome. The studio kitchen has everything you might need for preparing a snack, and the gorgeous bathroom has one of the best showers I've ever used. I had to do some work while I was there. The fibre broadband was great and gave me no excuse for slacking! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Oak Studio

Both studios have been renovated to a high standard with all mod cons. The Oak has a standard double bed, Kitchenette and a bathroom

How to find it: When you arrive at the gates to Kitpatrick Glebe you will see the main house in front of you, the studios are to the back of this. As you approach you will see a sign indicating that you take a right turn where you will find your own allocated private parking and access to your accommodation.

Your accommodation

Coming in via your front door you will find everything you need in front of you. The bed is a standard double (150x200cm) fitted with high quality sheets, duvet and pillows, plus a seating area with table from which to plan your day. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a toaster, single induction stove and a small fridge/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a few goodies for your arrival and a few essentials in the cupboards.  

TV and Wifi (fibre optics quality) are available and free for you to use. Plus there is an outdoor seating area.

The electric car charging points do need to be pre-booked.

Guests are free to enjoy all 15 acres of our peaceful gardens & landscape

The Beach Studio

Both studios have been renovated to a high standard with all mod cons. The Beach is slightly larger than the Oak, it has a double King sized bed, Kitchenette and a modern bathroom.
