The Annex is the old coach house, it has been recently renovated but still holds that old world charm. It has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, ensuite and a lounge with a sofa bed and TV.

The annex has everything you want in terms of home from home. Aidan and Claudia have perfected the art of welcome and are there if needed and very responsive. Lovely woodland and very relaxing gardens make it even better. A special thank you for being dog friendly and not assuming all dogs mean chaos.

How to find it: As you enter through the gates to Kilpatrick Glebe you will see the main house in front of you, the Annex is attached to the back of this. As you approach you will see a sign indicating a right turn through an old gate where you will find allocated private parking. Access to the Annex is via the courtyard which is all well signposted from here..

The electric car charging points do need to be pre-booked but are available for use by guests, subject to availability.

Please note: The Annex MAY NOT be suitable for those with reduced mobility due to the steepness of the internal staircase . At the top of the stairs there is a door that can be closed, this is especially useful for those with children.

Your accommodation

Downstairs:

Coming in via door in the the courtyard you will find the entrance hallway, taking an immediate right you will be lead to ground floor bathroom and Kitchen. The downstairs bathroom has a small bath and shower unit. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, a toaster and a large fridge/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a few goodies for your arrival and a few essentials in the cupboards. There is a washing machine with a clothes dryer is available on request.

TV and Wifi (free fibre optics quality) also available

Electric car charging station available on pre-booking, subject to availability.

Check in/check out via keypad.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: contains a very comfortable kind sized double bed with a seating area & table from which to plan your day. There is also a new ensuite with power shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: has a sturdy bunk bed with built in wardrobe and beautiful views.

Lounge/ Bedroom 3: The final room is a TV/Spare room with a sturdy pull out bed with full mattress.

Outside:

There is a private courtyard with table and chairs for your sole use, a play area for children, forest bathing in our soon to be opened Celtic circle area and 15 acres of our peaceful gardens & landscape all free for you to explore.
